Resignation of Independent Directors: In continuation of intimation submitted by the Company on July 30, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) 2015, read with clause 7B, Part A, Schedule III, the Company would like to submit the Resignation letters received from following Mr. Ajay Kumar Pithi, Mrs. Alka Agarwal and Mr. Heeralal Barot resigning from the office of Independent Directors w.e.f 07th August, 2021 and would also hereby confirm that apart from the reasons mentioned in the said letters, there is no other reason for the said resignation. Exchange and stakeholders are requested to note the same.
