YUVRAAJ HYGIENE PRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01 / 2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and as amended, and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from March 31, 2023 shall continue to remain closed as per our letter dated March 29, 2023 submitted to BSE Limited and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
