Trading Window shall remain closed w.e.f. July 01, 2025, for the purpose of consideration of the unaudited financial results, for the 1st quarter ending June 30, 2025 of the FY2026, both standalone and consolidated basis, till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
