Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Pinkesh Kumar Jain, Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the company) has resigned from the position of company Secretary & Compliance office, with effect from close of working hours of 27th May, 2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I. Further, as mentioned under 7C in part A of Schedule III Inserted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulation, 2023 w.e.f. 15.07.2023, the company Secretary and Compliance officer had resigned from the position due to his personal reseason.
