Further to our letter having Ref No: CIL/SEC/2022-23 dated February 20, 2023 regarding Postal Ballot Notice dated February 10, 2023 sent to the members, the Company has transacted special business through Postal Ballot by means of remote e-voting (''e-voting'') process for the resolutions mentioned in aforesaid notice. The e-voting period concluded on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The scrutinizer submitted her report on the results of the Postal Ballot on March 27, 2023. Based on the report of the scrutinizer, we hereby inform that the Members of the Company have duly passed the above resolutions with requisite majority on the last day of e-voting i.e. March 24, 2023.
