This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have: 1. Approved the Audited Financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Copy of the aforesaid results together with the Auditor's Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed. 2. Confirmed that Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued unmodified opinion with respect to the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. 3. Recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 25% i.e. Rs. 1.25/- per share for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The said Dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched within thirty days of the said meeting.
