This is to further inform you that as per Reg 9 of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the "Code of Conduct") framed in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations. 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from Tuesday, 29th August, 2023 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting, scheduled to be held on Monday, 4th September, 2023, both days inclusive, for all connected Persons/officers/designated employees/insiders, directors of the Company and immediate relatives of these persons, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Company''s Code of Conduct. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall reopen on Thursday, 07th September, 2023.
