In compliance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
