Pursuant to Regulation SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Company has intimated to all its Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Partners, and their immediate relatives, all insiders, employees of the Company regarding the closure of trading window from 01.10.2023 till 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023.
