Considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, along with the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditor. 2. Considered and approved all other businesses as per agenda circulated.
