Alok Khairwar & Associates, a Company Secretary in practice, be appointed as a ''SECRETARIAL AUDITOR'' to conduct the audit of records maintained under provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and obtain report in Form No. MR-3 at a remuneration to be mutually decided for the financial year 01-04-2022 to 31.03.2023. RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board of Directors of the company and / or the Company Secretary be and are hereby severally authorized to do all acts and take all such steps as may be necessary, proper or expedient to give effect to this resolution.''
