It is hereby informed that Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Chennai Vide its Order dated 10.05.2023, has initiated Corporate Insolvency process against Corporate debtor i.e Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited, under the provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). further , vide said order Mr. Sanjay Mehra has been appointed as IRP U/s 16 of IBC , 2016 , The Power of the Board of director Stand suspended and such power are vested with Mr. Sanjay Mehra as the Resolution Professional with respect to the corporate debtor.
