1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026: The Board of Directors has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, as recommended by the Audit Committee, and also took on record the unmodified Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. We hereby enclose the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. Reconstitution of Audit Committee: The Board of Directors approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from August 14, 2026, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.
