In accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders , adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations , 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e., upto November,2024 (both days inclusive). The Trading window will will resume from 17th November, 2024.
