This is to inform you that in accordance with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, for Prohibition of trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives and insiders from 1st October 2024, untill the 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results (both days inclusive) for the quarter and half year ended September, 2024.
