This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for designated persons from 1st October 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024 of the financial year 2024-25.
