Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, KMC Speciality Hospitals (India) Limited (''The Company'') is providing Corporate Guarantee/Security for a sum not exceeding Rs 80 Crores (60% of Tangible Net Worth as on March 31, 2024) for the loan availed by Sri Kauvery Medical Care (India) Limited (''Holding Company'') from State Bank of India.
