In terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct of the Company, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2022 and the same will remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021 (both days inclusive).
