In Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday , 7th September, 2025 to Saturday, 13th September, 2025 for taking the records of members of the company for the purpose of 40th Annual General Meeting.
