We wish to inform the Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 for the consideration of Un-audited financial results of the Co. for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said unaudited financial results. The date of Board Meeting to consider the said results shall be intimated later. Accordingly, all designated persons, directors, promoters, persons acting in concert, employees with their immediate relatives, persons having contractual and fiduciary relation with the Co including but not limited to auditors, law firms, analysts, consultants, etc. assisting or advising the Co shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in securities of the Co when trading window is closed.
