With reference to our letters dated August 23, 2022 and September 29, 2022, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 62,22,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up Bonus shares at its meeting held on October 13, 2022. The shares are allotted in the ratio 3:2 i.e. 3 (Three) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 2 (Two) Equity Share of Rs 10/- each held by eligible shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members of the Company as on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 i.e. the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
