This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, We are pleased to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. Monday, March 17th 2025 has considered and approved, the establishment of Corporate Office at Gurugram, Haryana with effective from March 17th, 2025. The Corporate Office will have the Central Finance Team and the Central Design & Engineering Team. This will help to improve teamwork, make operations more efficient and support the company''s growth. Additionally, the opening of the office in Gurugram is in furtherance of Company''s expansion plan in Northern India, including Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan being Gurugram as the center place for all northern states of India.
