In continuation of our previous intimation dated May 29, 2024 under the subject "Authorisation to attend Shareholder''s Meeting of the Wholly-owned Subsidiary (WOS) to approve the resolution for filing application under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for the wholly-owned subsidiary", we would like to inform you that the Wholly-owned Subsidiary, i.e. SRM Energy Tamilnadu Private Limited, upon receipt of requisite approval from its shareholders at its Extra-ordinary General Meeting, has filed the aforesaid application with the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench, on June 15, 2024, for initiation of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. Further updates relating to the aforesaid will be intimated in due course.
