Dear Sir/Madam, As we have already informed you on June 17, 2024 that the wholly-owned Subsidiary ("WOS") of the Company, i.e. SRM Energy Tamilnadu Private Limited, has filed an application under section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench ("NCLT") on June 16, 2024 for initiation of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The said application was dismissed by the hon''ble NCLT vide its order dated August 06, 2024 on the grounds of maintainability. This was also intimated to the exchange on August 07, 2024. In reference to the aforesaid, the WOS has now filed an appeal on September 06, 2024 before the hon''ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi against the aforesaid order of hon''ble NCLT. Any further updates w.r.t. the aforesaid will be intimated in due course.
