This has reference to Regulation 32 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, please note that the Company has not deviation or variation for proceeds of pubic issue, right issue, preferential issue, QIP as on December 31st 2022. As Company has not made any pubic issue, rights issue, preferential issue, QIP in the quarter ended on December 31, 2022. Therefore, the Company in terms of the aforesaid regulations 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not under obligation to file the Statement of deviation or variation for proceeds of public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) etc. of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
