Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has received Order in Original (2 Nos) under section 74 and 50 of CGST Act 2017 read with section 20 of IGST Act 2017 from office of Commissioner CGST, Mumbai - West for the period July 2017 to March 2018 and FY 2018-19 having combined demand amounting to Rs. 54.12 crores.
