The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, inter-alia, has transacted the following businesses: 1. considered and approved Standalone and Consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the said results alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors is attached herewith as Annexure A for your reference and record. 2. considered and approved re-appointment of Mr. Purusottamdas Patodia as Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. April 1, 2025, subject to members approval at the ensuing general meeting. The details as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A(7) of the SEBI LODR read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure B.
