This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Directors, Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from July 01, 2024, till 48 hours (forty-eight) hours after the date of Board meeting, wherein, inter-alia, the declaration of un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 would be considered. Accordingly all Directors, Designated Persons and other connected persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
