Upon the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has subject to approval of the members at ensuing AGM re-appointed Mr. Dhiraj D. Pambhar (DIN: 00187371) as Managing Director of the company for the further period of 5 years commencing from 1st November, 2025 and upto 31st October, 2030 at a remuneration and other perquisites of Rs. 6,75,000 per month in accordance with the schedule v of the companies act, 2013, for a period of three years from the date of re-appointment.
