As per Clause 4 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company''s code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by insiders, trading window for transactions in shares of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 01st October 2023 till the 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September 2023. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2023 shall be intimated in due course of time.
