Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 29th day of July, 2021 have decided a plan for modernization cum expansion programme in its unit located at 14-A, Industrial Area, AB Road, Dewas (MP)-455001. The Cost of Project is estimated at ? 5000 Lakhs which is proposed to be funded by way of Term loan of ? 3350 Lakhs and balance from Internal Accruals. In view of the above, the Company will subsequently place the order of machinery accordingly. Details regarding aforesaid proposed modernization cum expansion programme are enclosed as Annexure I as per the requirement of Regulation 30(4) read with Clause B of Part-A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company will host other updates related to proposed modernization cum expansion programme on the event of its occurrence. We request you to please take the above information on your record.
