Road, Village Pawa, Sahnewal, Ludhiana to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and BSE circular no. List/comp/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the Company's Shares stand closed for designated persons from July 01, 2022 to August 15, 2022 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall reopen on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
