Pursuant to Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated person and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of un audited Financial Result to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ending September 30, 2024.
