With reference to the above mentioned subject, this is to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21,22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 26A, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C , D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to a listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. The securities of Mach Conferences & Events Limited are listed on SME platform of BSE Ltd., therefore in accordance with the above mentioned regulation, the Company is not required to make related party disclosure as specified in regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025.
