This is in reference to earlier announcement dated February 13, 2025, regarding acquisition of Truhealthy Wellness Private Limited. We wish to inform you that the Company has completed acquisition of 6950 (Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifity) shares of Rs. 10 each constituting 69.50% of the shareholding of Truhealthy Wellness Private Limited.
