Bansal and Company, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years, subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming General Meeting of the Company 5. Change in name of the Company from 'Savani Financials Limited' to 'Mantra Capital Limited' based on the No Objection Certificate received from RBI,subject to approval received from ROC
