WARREN TEA LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on 23rd May, 2023 at 12.00 noon at Johar Building, P-1 Hide Lane, 8th Floor, Kolkata 700 073 to, inter alia, approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2023. This may please be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We have already communicated to you on 29th March, 2023 that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2023 which would thus now be 25th May, 2023 for purchase/sale/dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
