We would like that as per the " code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company will be closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider, from immediate effect to till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Result of the Company in compliance with the regulation 33(3)(j) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
