The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries shall remain closed from Wednesday, January 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
