The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain close for all the Directors/ Promoters/ Designated persons and/ or any person having any contractual or fiduciary relation with the company, with effect from, 01 January, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
