Rating Upgraded - In continuation of our earlier disclosure dated 9th January, 2023 and in compliance with Regulation 30 (6) read with Part-A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Acuite Ratings & Research Limited (Acuite) has upgraded the long-term rating to 'ACUITE BB - (read as ACUITE double B Minus)' from the previous rating of ACUITE B+ (Read as ACUITE B Plus) on the term loan facilities being availed by the Company viz. Jagatjit Industries Limited from Indusind Bank Limited. The outlook is 'Stable'.
