As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading, pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, 01st October, 2024, till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2024, to the Stock Exchange.
