This is to inform you that in accordance with SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors, and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and insiders from 1st October 2025 the 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025.
