Fire Incident & Exceptional Items: A fire incident at the factory on 7th February 2026 resulted in the loss of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) and inventory. The company charged off Rs 1,063.46 lakh as written-down value (WDV) under exceptional items. The company has lodged an insurance claim of Rs 1,801.95 lakh and has received preliminary confirmation for part payment of Rs 170.00 lakh. Additionally, the company recorded a loss of Rs 950.52 lakh on the hedging of Silver in stock as an exceptional item for the Q4FY26 period.
