JOST''s ENGINEERING CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i) Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024; and ii) Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2024, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. iii) The proposal to sub-divide/split of the Equity Shares of the Company in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors and subject to approval of the Shareholders and such authorities as may be required. iv) Recommendation of increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. v) Other usual routine matters including any other matter brought before the Board, with the kind consent of the chair.
