Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 with the Limited review reports issued by the statutory auditors thereon. 2. Appointment of Mr. Hitesh Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor for the year 2023-24.
