As per the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company is having paid-up capital of Less than Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore only) and Net worth less than Rs. 25,00,00,000/-, hence as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company is exempted from provisions of Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the year ended 31st March, 2023.
