The Company has executed the Transfer Deed today in favour of M/s. Gunina Commercials Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai (not a Related Party) for sale of its Office situated at 102, Sharda Chambers Premises co-op. Society Ltd, Marine Lines, Mumbai being the surplus immovable property.
