Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Clarification given by BSE Limited vide circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons from January 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021.
