We enclose herewith Notice of 41st AGM and Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 for your records. The 41st AGM Notice and Annual Report are uploaded on the website of the Company at www.nathindustries.com Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 26th September, 2023 to 28th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The cut-off date for reckoning voting of the members is 22nd September, 2023. The remote e-voting will be available from 26th September, 2023 (at 9:00 a.m. IST) and ends on 28th September, 2023 (at 5:00 p.m. IST). Voting at AGM is also available through e-voting.
